My ksnap broke and I cannot get in touch with anyone. The emails come back as undeliverable. I’ve tried the chat… still no response.
I got this a a couple of months ago. We have only used it 10-15 times. For $40, you would expect it to last a couple of years.
I want my money back! The idea was great but at this point, I cannot refer this to anyone.
